No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Color or style preferences
- Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
- Sale or discounted items
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchanges (Only for Defective or Damaged Items)
We only allow exchanges in the rare case where:
- The product received is damaged, or
- There is a manufacturing defect, or
- An incorrect item was delivered
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear unboxing photos/videos showing the issue
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
If approved, the item will be replaced with the same product only (no refunds, no style changes).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
