We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at exceptionstudio116@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Any item showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
